The Workshop provides support, education, healing strategies and tools to help women who have experienced childhood abuse. We create a safe space for women to share, learn and heal.
The workshop is designed for women (over the age of 18) who have experienced childhood abuse and are seeking support and healing. It may also be beneficial for those who are currently in therapy or support groups. We do limit the number of women (15) who can attend a Workshop.
You can expect a combination of group discussions, therapeutic exercises and educational content. The Workshop is structured to offer both group and individual activities while providing a supportive environment for personal reflection and healing.
Yes, confidentiality is a priority. All participants are expected to respect the privacy of others, and the Workshop leaders will ensure that personal information shared within the group remains confidential.
The Workshop is a live event. There will be NO RECORDINGS during the Workshop by the Leaders or participants.
At this time, we are limiting it to no more than 15 women in each workshop. Keeping the workshop small ensures a safe, intimate space where you can feel comfortable participating. A small group invites deeper connections and bonds, meaningful discussions, a sense of trust and confidentiality which allows you to fee more comfortable with the healing journey,
The Workshop is an 8-week, safe, confidential online workshop designed for women ready to embark on or deepen their healing journey. Meetings are live each week in a small group setting, and includes in-depth lessons, exercises, connection and community support both during the workshop and after.
Yes! During the Workshop, you will be in a community with the other women in your Workshop and after the Workshop is complete, you will graduate to the Workshop Community which includes women from past workshops. It's a great place to connect and support each other. Additionally, once the Workshop concludes, we provide follow-up calls to offer continued support and address any questions you may have.
Please be aware that while our Workshop aims to provide support and resources for personal healing, we are NOT licensed therapists or mental health professionals. Our role is to offer you guidance, educate you and create a supportive environment for your personal healing. For professional health care or therapy, we encourage you to seek the assistance of a licensed trauma therapist. If you have specific therapeutic needs or concerns, please consult with a qualified mental health professional.
